Try Before You Subscribe

We want you to feel confident before you commit. That's why MultiLLM offers a free tier — no credit card required. You can explore the platform, test all three AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini), and see the experience firsthand before deciding to upgrade.

We encourage everyone to try the free tier first so you know exactly what you're getting.

No Refunds

Because a free tier is available to try the service before purchasing, all subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. We believe this is fair — you've had the opportunity to experience MultiLLM firsthand before subscribing. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, change of mind, or accidental purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You retain access to all paid features until the billing period expires.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• After the billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the free tier.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled beforehand. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion in the event of:

• A verified technical issue on our end that prevented you from using the service for an extended period.
• A duplicate charge caused by a billing error.
